Showing contacts as a Company or Contact name

To set up the default view for your contacts to be displayed in Action Stream, access gear icon > Settings > PreferencesYou can then select View contacts in my Action Stream as (see A):

  • Contact name (Company).
  • Company (Contact name).

A. Displaying Action Stream as Contact name (Company)

This option gives preference to the Contact name in your Action Stream with the Company name coming after (see B).

B. Displaying Action Stream as Company (Contact name)

This option gives preference to the Company name in your Action Stream with the Contact name coming after (see C).

Switching Between Contact and Company view

When you have a contact open in Contact view, you can switch between the Individual and the Company using the Contact/Company toggle to the top (see D).

NOTE
  • Only an Account Owner or Administrator can adjust settings in the Preferences tab.
