How to add a new contact using the mobile app (Android)

The OnePageCRM mobile app is available to download for both Android and iOS. To add a New Contact on mobile, you have two options:

  • Add contact manually.
  • Import from address book.

Add contact manually (Android)

  1. Open up the mobile app and choose the Floating Action Button (see A) to the bottom right of your screen and select Add contact manually.

  2. Fill in your contact's details as required (you must have at least a Organization name or a Last name to save the contact).
  3. Assign a Status, any relevant Tags, Lead source and Owner to your contact (see B).
  4. Select the Check icon to the top right to save your contact (see C).

  5. After your contact is saved, you will be prompted to enter a Next Action (see D). This is the next task to be completed to move your contact closer to a sale. Enter your Next Action text and schedule it for a date in the future.
  6. Select the Check icon in the top right to save this action (see E).

  7. Your contact will then appear in your Action Stream and will float to the top of the list when their action falls due (see F).

Import from address book (Android)

  1. Open up the mobile app and select the Floating Action Button to the bottom right of your screen (see A) and select Import from address book.

  2. Choose your contact from your address book and we'll pull their First name, Last name and Phone number into the relevant fields in OnePageCRM.
  3. Fill out the rest of the contact's information and assign a Status, any relevant Tags, Lead source and Owner as required (see B).
  4. Select the Check icon to the top right of the screen to save (see C).
