Work with Relationships in mobile CRM (iOS and Android)

Manage Relationships in the OnePageCRM mobile app so you can quickly access key connections and stay on top of important contacts while on the go.

OnePageCRM's mobile app is available on both Android and iOS.

Add Relationships between contacts

Open the contact → click on the 3-dot menu.

Click on Add Relationship.

In the pop-up, type the name for the contact you want to connect with → click search.

Select the Relationship type.

💡 Customize Relationship types by logging into the CRM web version.

💡 The second relationship type option is assigned to the contact you searched for.

Once connected, the contact and relationship will appear below the Next Action box.

💡 Click the plus (+) icon next to an existing relationship to add another.

Edit/Delete Relationships between contacts

Open the contact → scroll down to Relationships → click on the 3-dot menu.

Click on Edit relationship and select a new Relationship type.
Click on Delete relationship to remove it.

💡 On iOS, you can Undo a deleted relationship for a few seconds.
