How to set a Next Action to Waiting for

To apply Waiting for to a Next Action:

  1. Open your contact.
  2. Click on the Edit link at the top right corner of Next Action box (see A).

  3. Click on the Date drop-down and select Waiting for (see B). 

  4. Click Save to submit your settings.
  5. Waiting for contacts are included in your Action Stream.
NOTES
  • Waiting for can only be added to a Next Action. Queued or following actions cannot be set as such.
