How to set a Next Action to Waiting for
To apply Waiting for to a Next Action:
- Open your contact.
- Click on the Edit link at the top right corner of Next Action box (see A).
- Click on the Date drop-down and select Waiting for (see B).
- Click Save to submit your settings.
- Waiting for contacts are included in your Action Stream.
- Waiting for can only be added to a Next Action. Queued or following actions cannot be set as such.
