Calendar Feed: Integrate with Google, Outlook, Apple calendars

The Calendar Feed allows your Next Actions to be automatically pushed to your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Apple Calendar.

Go to Calendar Feed under Apps and Integrations → click Install.

Under the Configuration tab, copy the Calendar address and paste it into a calendar of choice.

Configure the Calendar feed for Google Calendar

You need a Google account to connect it to OnePageCRM.

Go to the Calendar Feed Configuration under Apps and Integrations → Click on Install.

Under the Configuration tab, copy the Calendar address → navigate to your Google Calendar.

In the left-hand column next to Add calendar, click the plus (+) iconFrom URL.

Paste the Calendar Address URL into the URL of the calendar field → Add Calendar.

💡 Manually push Next Actions to Google Calendar from the Contact profile page.

    • Hover over the Action → click the 3-dot menu → select Send to Google Calendar.

💡 It is not possible to manually set how often the calendar is refreshed.

💡 Next Actions with a specified Date & time are assigned on that date & time in your calendar.

💡 Next Actions with no specified time are displayed as all-day events.

💡 A maximum of 1,500 contacts with Next Actions can be pushed to your calendar at any time.


Configure the Calendar feed for Outlook Calendar

Under the Configuration tab, copy the Calendar address → navigate to your Outlook Calendar.

In the left column, click on Add calendar.

In the pop-up, click on Subscribe from web → insert the copied Calendar Address URL into the provided field → hit Import.

You can manually add Actions to your Outlook Calendar. On the Contact profile page → hover over an action → select the 3-dots menu → click on Download .ics calendar file.

    • Hover over the Action → click the 3-dot menu → select Download .ics calendar file.

Once you copied the calendar address from the Calendar Feed configuration page → navigate to your Apple Calendar.

At the top click on File → from the dropdown select New Calendar Subscription....

In the pop-up → insert the copied Calendar Address URL into the provided field → hit Subscribe.
