How to set up an alias on Outlook

If your email account is not hosted on Outlook but you would like to connect your account with OnePageCRM to send emails, you can set up an Outlook.com or Outlook 365 account to send emails from OnePageCRM using an alias, here's how you can do it:

Log into your Outlook account. Go to  Your Info → Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

Click on Add email.

Select  Add an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias → Insert your alias → Add Alias.

After you've added the email address, you'll be asked to verify that you're the account owner. Select  Verify next to the new alias. A message will be sent to your email account for verification. Open the message and click on the link to verify.

Once this has been set up, re-connect your account on the  Email page in OnePageCRM. We'd recommend opening it in an incognito browser to avoid any cache issues.

Click on  Make default to select your alias.
