How to add a Note/Call in the Mobile App

Keep your contacts updated on the go by adding Notes and Calls to them using the OnePageCRM Mobile App.

This help article is available for iOS and Android users.

Add a note/call in the iOS app

Open a contact → Scroll to the Notes & Calls section → + Add.

Select Add Note or Add Call → Type the text of your note → Save.
Note: You can notify other team members on your OnePageCRM account by @mentioning their username in the Note.
Tap on the photo camera icon to add attachments.

Click on the note/call and select Edit to make any changes.
Swipe the note/call left to D elete.

Add a note/call in the Android app

Open a contact → Tap the + icon.

Select Add Note or Add Call.

Type the text of your note → Select the checkmark icon to save.

Note: You can notify other team members on your OnePageCRM account by @mentioning their username in the Note.

Click on the note/call and select the pencil icon to edit and the bin icon to delete.

Note: To add attachments, open the note → Tap the + icon → Select Attach file or Capture Image..

NOTES

If a user adds a note to a contact you own, you will receive an automatic email notification. See here how to disable auto-notifications of contacts owned by you.
The maximum size of a file that can be uploaded is 10 MB.
