Email Capture Address
Your OnePageCRM Email Capture Address gives you the option to log your email communication with your customers in OnePageCRM if you're not connected with one of our Email Sync.
You can also use your Email Capture Address to forward incoming emails from contacts that have not yet been added to your OnePageCRM account, allowing you to create a new contact using the stored email.
Please note: The Email Capture Address is unique to each user.

Send emails to a contact and log them in OnePageCRM
If you're not connected with either of our 2 options for the Email Sync, you can still send emails and log them in OnePageCRM using your Email Capture Address.
Note: To make sure your email client opens automatically, make mailto your default. Include your Email Capture Address in the Bcc field and the email will be stored with your contact in OnePageCRM.
Note:
- By toggling the slider next to Automatically include Email Capture Address (Useful if you use Send Only sync option) to green, the email address will be added to the Bcc field in your mailto email client automatically.
- Email addresses added in the Bcc field will not be stored in the CRM along with the email itself
Alternatively...
- Reply to a contact from your email client provider and paste your Email Capture Address into the Bcc field. The email will then be logged in OnePageCRM for the contact associated with the contact.
Forward emails to your Email Capture Address
Once you forward an email to OnePageCRM you have 3 options:
- Create a new contact and log the associated email under their activity
- Assign this email to an existing contact
- Delete the forwarded email
Click on the bell icon (top right-hand side) → Unassigned Emails.
Notes:
- If you decide to create a new contact, the unassigned email will be logged with the new contact and can be found:
- on the Contacts Timeline
- on the Email page under All Emails
- Emails will be logged within a matter of minutes, but from time to time users may experience a slight delay depending on the volume of emails being processed at that time.
- You can forward one email at a time to the CRM, using the Email Capture address
