PayPal Widget

PayPal is an online payment method and with the help of the PayPal Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly and easily review previous payments made or received via Paypal that are connected to contacts saved in the CRM.

Please note:

  • You need a PayPal account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the PayPal Widget

Click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Financial Apps click on PayPal → click on Install.

On the Configuration tab click on Connect to PayPal.

You will be asked to log into your PayPal account to grant OnePageCRM permissions to display previous payments in the PayPal Widget on the relevant Contact page.
Once connected, you will get rediredted to PayPal intergation page in the CRM.

Find/Use the PayPal Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the PayPal widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Once expanded it will display:
  • Date - Date when the Invoice was recorded.
  • Invoice - PayPal invoice number, with a URL to the transaction in your PayPal account.
  • Status - Status of the Invoice in your PayPal account.
  • Amount - The currency and the total amount of the Invoice.
  • Expanded PayPal widget with the data

    Types of Status values displayed:

    Drafts Marked as paid Partially Refunded
    Sent Canceled Marked as Refunded
    Scheduled Refunded Unpaid
    Paid Partially Paid Payment Pending
