Oneflow Widget

Oneflow is a digital platform that makes it easier to create, send, and sign digital documents using electronic signatures.

With the help of the Oneflow Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly and easily review previous contracts connected to customers and leads saved in the CRM.

Please note:

  • You need a Oneflow account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only the Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Oneflow Widget

Log into your Oneflow account → In the left-hand side menu click on Marketplace → scroll down to Sales and CRM and select OnePageCRM.

Click on Enable.

Copy the API token and click Close.

Note: Ensure to save the API token somewhere safe. For security reasons, Oneflow will not display this token again.

Log into your OnePageCRM account → click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Sales Enablement Apps click on Oneflow → click on Install.

On the Configuration tab paste the API token into the API Key field → click Connect to Oneflow.

Find/Use the Oneflow Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the Oneflow widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Once expanded it will display:
  • Date - Date when the contract was created.
  • Contract - Contract title or Signatory names, if no contract title available.
  • State - Status of the contract in your Oneflow account - it gets updated if the contract i.e., has been signed or if it ended.
  • Oneflow Widget app displayed above the Contact Timeline expanded.

    Note: The Oneflow widget will display contact-specific data for the first email address at the top saved with this contact.

    Types of contract status displayed:

    • Draft
    • Pending
    • Signed
    • Overdue
    • Declined
    • Signed > Ended
