WooCommerce Widget

WooCommerce is an open-source ecommerce platform for WordPress and with the help of the WooCommerce Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly and easily review previous orders that are connected to contacts saved in the CRM.

Please note:

  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.
  • You need a WordPress account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Ensure to have the WooCommerce plugin installed and your online shop deployed.

Enable/Disable the WooCommerce Widget

Log into your WordPress account → In the left-hand side menu click on WooCommerceSettings → under the Advanced tab select REST API.

Add the Key details and click on Generate API key:
  • Description - e.g. OnePageCRM
  • User - Select the WordPress user
  • Permissions - select Read access level
  • WordPress account l Generate new API Key.

    Keep this page open and open a new browser window or tab.

    Log into your OnePageCRM account → click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under E-Commerce Apps click on WooCommerce → click on Install.

    OnePageCRM account l navigate to Apps and Integration page and click on WooCommerce.

    On the Configuration tab fill in the fields → click on Connect to WooCommerce.

    You need to fill in the following fields:
  • Store URL - Add here the homepage URL of your WooCommerce store.
  • Consumer key - You can find this on the WordPress tab.
  • Consumer Secret - You can find this on the WordPress tab.
  • Note: Ensure to save these details somewhere safe. For security reasons, WooCommerce will not display them again.

    • Consumer Key
    • Consumer Secret

    WooCommerce Configuration page l Add Store URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. Then click on Connect to WooCommerce.

    Find/Use the WooCommerce Widget

    Open a contactscroll down to the WooCommerce widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

    Once expanded it will display:
  • Date - Date of the order placed.
  • Description - Name of the first/top item in the order including a URL link to the corresponding order in WooCommerce.
  • Number - Order number
  • Amount - Total amount of the order and the currency.
  • WooCommerce Widget app displayed above the Contact Timeline expanded.

    Note: The WooCommerce widget will display contact-specific data for the first email address at the top saved with this contact.
