Switch between B2B or B2C view in your CRM

Some users prefer to manage their customers based on their organization name, while others focus on the individual name. Luckily, in OnePageCRM, you get to choose.

On the Settings page under the Action Stream Preferences scroll down to View contacts in my Action Stream as.

Select what to display first:

  • Contact name (Organization)
  • Organization (Contact name)

Notes:

  • Only the Account owner or Administrators can change how to view contacts on the Action Stream.
  • This update will be visible to all users within the same CRM account.
