Front

Front is a customer operations platform that blends AI with human support.

With the help of the Front Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly integrate their CRM account with Front and easily review email campaigns sent to their CRM contacts.


  • You need a Front account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Front Widget

Click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Communication Apps click on Front → click on Install.

On the Configuration tab click on Connect to Front.

Log into your Front account to grant OnePageCRM permission to display the data in the Front Widget on the contact page.


Find/Use the Front Widget

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Open a contactscroll down to the Front widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Click on the Front widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - Date when an email was sent
  • Subject - Subject line content, including a URL link that allows any user to view the email content sent via Front
  • Expanded Front widget with the data


    💡 The widget will display contact-specific data for the first email address at the top saved with this contact.

    💡 The widget displays only the last email that was sent in the sequence.

    💡 The email will appear in the main contact’s widget and in the widgets of any contacts included in CC or BCC.
