Klaviyo

Klaviyo is a marketing automation and B2C (Business to Customer) CRM platform designed specifically for e-commerce businesses.

With the help of the Klaviyo Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly integrate their CRM account with Klaviyo and easily review previous emails that are connected to contacts saved in the CRM.


  • You need a Klaviyo account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Klaviyo Widget

Click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Communication Apps click on Klaviyo → click on Install.

On the Configuration tab click on Connect to Klaviyo.

Log into your Klaviyo account to grant OnePageCRM permission to display the data in the Klaviyo Widget on the contact page.


Find/Use the Klaviyo Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the Klaviyo widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Click on the Klaviyo widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - Date when an email was sent
  • Subject - Subject line content, including a URL link that allows a logged user to view the email content sent via Klaviyo
  • Expanded Klaviyo widget with the data


    💡 The widget will display contact-specific data for the top 10 email addresses saved with this contact.

    💡 The Widget will show marketing and transactional emails
