Fireflies.ai

Fireflies.ai is an AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarizes online meetings.

The Fireflies.ai Widget connects Fireflies.ai with OnePageCRM, allowing you to view previous meeting transcripts linked to your CRM contacts directly in OnePageCRM.


  • You need a Fireflies.ai account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Fireflies.ai Widget

In Fireflies.ai, go to Settings → Developer Settings → under API Key, click on the copy icon.

In OnePageCRM, go to Fireflies.ai under Apps and Integrations → click Install.

Under Configuration, paste the API Key → click Connect to Fireflies.ai.

Find/Use the Fireflies.ai Widget

Open a contact → find the Widget above the Contact Timeline → click to expand.

Click on the Groove widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - The date & time the meeting took place
  • Meeting Transcript - Including a link that allows any user to view the Transcript in Fireflies.ai
  • Duration - The meeting duration

    • Expanded Groove widget with the data



    💡 The widget checks the first 10 email addresses saved for the contact and displays any matching data.
