Fireflies.ai

Fireflies.ai is an AI meeting assistant that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings across platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

With the help of the Fireflies.ai Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly integrate their CRM account with Fireflies.ai and easily review previous meeting transcripts that are connected to contacts saved in the CRM.


  • You need a Fireflies.ai account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Fireflies.ai Widget

Log into your Fireflies.ai account.

Navigate to SettingsDeveloper Settings → under API Key click on the copy icon.

In your OnePageCRM account → click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Business Operations Apps click on Fireflies.aiInstall.

On the Configuration tab, paste the API Key into the provided field → click Connect to Fireflies.ai.

Find/Use the Fireflies.ai Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the Fireflies.ai widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Click on the Groove widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - Date and Time when the meeting took place
  • Meeting Transcript - Including a URL link that allows any user to view the Transcript in Fireflies.ai
  • Duration - Meeting duration
  • Expanded Groove widget with the data



    💡 The widget will display contact-specific data for the first email address at the top saved with this contact.
