CloudTalk

CloudTalk is a cloud-based, AI-powered call center solution that helps sales and support teams handle inbound and outbound communications.

With the help of the Cloudtalk Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly integrate their CRM account with Cloudtalk and easily review the call history that is connected to contacts saved in the CRM.


  • You need a Cloudtalk account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Cloudtalk Widget

Log into your Cloudtalk account.

In the left-hand side menu, under Account click on Settings → select API KeysAdd API Key.

Click on Showcopy both API ID and API Key.

In your OnePageCRM account → click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Communication Apps click on Cloudtalk Install.

On the Configuration tab, paste the API ID and API Key into the provided field → click Connect to Cloudtalk.

Find/Use the Cloudtalk Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the Cloudtalk widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Click on the CloudTalk widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - Date and time of the call
  • Call type - Phone number used, Inbound, Outbound, or Missed Call (Voicemail if left), including a URL link to the voice recording in Cloudtalk
  • Duration - Call duration
  • Expanded CloudTalk widget with the data


    💡 The widget will display contact-specific data for the first phone number at the top saved with this contact.
