Apollo

Apollo is a sales platform for finding prospects, managing contacts, and automating outreach.

The Apollo Widget connects Apollo with OnePageCRM, allowing you to view previous email communications linked to your CRM contacts directly in OnePageCRM.



  • You need an Apollo account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Go to Apollo under Apps and Integrations → click Install.

On the Configuration tab click on Connect to Apollo.

Log in to Apollo → allow OnePageCRM to display data in the Apollo Widget.

Find/Use the Apollo Widget

Open a contact → find the Widget above the Contact Timeline → click to expand.

Click on the Apollo widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - The date when an email was sent
  • Subject - The subject line, and a link to Apollo
  • Status - The status of the email (e.g. Completed)

    • Expanded Apollo widget with the data


    💡 The widget checks the first 10 email addresses saved for the contact and displays any matching data.
