Mixmax

Mixmax is an AI-powered sales engagement software that turns your email client, like Gmail or Outlook, into a productivity hub.

With the help of the Mixmax Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly integrate their CRM account with Mixmax and easily review previous emails that are connected to contacts saved in the CRM.


  • You need a Mixmax account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Mixmax Widget

Log into your Mixmax account.

In the left-hand side menu, click on Settings → select Integrations → click on Create Mixmax API token.

The API token will be displayed in a pop-up window → copy it and click OK.


💡 Ensure to save the API token somewhere safe. For security reasons, Mixmax will not display this token again.

In your OnePageCRM account → click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Communication Apps click on MixmaxInstall.

On the Configuration tab paste the API key into the provided field → click Connect to Mixmax.

Find/Use the Mixmax Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the Mixmax widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Click on the MixMax widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - Last activity date on the email
  • Subject - Email subject, including a URL link that allows any user to view
  • Status - Status of the email
  • Expanded MixMax widget with the data


    💡 The widget displays contact-specific data for the first 10 email addresses saved with this contact.

    💡 To see statuses correctly, install the Mixmax browser extension (available on Google Chrome).
