Groove

Groove is an email marketing tool that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings across platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

With the help of the Groove Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly integrate their CRM account with Groove and easily review previous email conversations that are connected to contacts saved in the CRM.


  • You need a Groove account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only  Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the Groove Widget

Log into your Groove account.

In the left-hand side menu, click on Settings → select Integrations → click on Create Groove API token.

The API token will be displayed in a pop-up window → copy it and click OK.

💡 Ensure to save the API token somewhere safe. For security reasons, Groove will not display this token again.

In your OnePageCRM account → click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Communication Apps click on GrooveInstall.

On the Configuration tab, paste the API Token into the provided field → click Connect to Groove.

Find/Use the Groove Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the Groove widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Click on the Groove widget to expand it.

Once expanded, it will display:

  • Date - Creation date of call log or email
  • Subject - Subject of call log or email
  • Status - Status of call log or email
  • Expanded Groove widget with the data


    💡 The widget will display contact-specific data for the first email address at the top saved with this contact.
