Our TL;DR feature uses AI to generate concise summaries of contact information and activity timelines.

The AI-generated summary may contain inaccuracies.

Using TL;DR AI Assistant

Open any contact in the CRM → click on the orange TL;DR button at the top.

An AI summary will be generated from the contact page, including notes, calls, meetings and deals, etc.

💡 After generating a contact summary, you can regenerate it once. The option becomes available again after 24 hours.

💡 To generate a contact summary, the contact must have at least one of the following: 5 emails, 5 notes, or 10 completed actions.

You can set preferences for the data items you want to include in the Summary for the AI Assistant and what type of business you are running.

💡 These preferences will be set account-wide.

Open any contact in the CRM → click on the orange TL;DR button at the top.

Click on the 3 dots menu → Preferences.

Make a selection as needed → click on Confirm.

💡 Include a business description so the AI can create a better contact summary.

Click on your User/Profile icon → Settings → Preferences tab → scroll down to Enable TL;DR (AI Contact Summary).

Green - Show TL;DR

Grey - Hide TL;DR
