TL;DR feature (AI Assistant)

Our TL;DR feature uses AI to generate concise summaries of contact information and activity timelines.

Streamline your workflow, get instant insights, and make faster decisions in your CRM with clear, actionable overviews.

The AI-generated summary may contain inaccuracies.

Using TL;DR AI Assistant

Open contact → click on the TL;DR button at the top.

An AI summary will be generated from the contact page.

💡 To generate a contact summary, the contact needs at least 5 emails, 5 notes, or 10 completed Actions.

Set preferences for the data items you want to include in the Summary for the AI Assistant and what type of business you are running.

💡 These preferences will be set account-wide.

Open any contact → click on the TL;DR button at the top.

Click on the 3 dots menu → Preferences.

Select Sales or Non-sales, then describe your business.

Decide What to send to AI.

Set the Creativity Temperature → click Save.

💡 Include a business description so the AI can create a better contact summary.

You can select what data items should be included:

Notes (x most recent)	Check to include 10+ latest notes for the most relevant summary.
Emails (x most recent)	Check to include 10+ latest emails for the most relevant summary.
Deals	Check to include only Pending deals or all deals in the summary.
Contact Custom Fields	Check if Contact custom field information should be included.
Profile	Check to include contact profile fields (Job Title, Organization, Email, Phone, etc.) in the summary.
Contact background	Check if the background field information should be included.
Completed actions	Check if completed actions should be included.
Creativity Temperature	This controls the style of the summary. Low (Precise) for focused, consistent summary High (Creative) for varied, imaginative summaries

Go to Settings → Preferences → scroll down to Enable TL;DR (AI Contact Summary).

Green - Show TL;DR

Grey - Hide TL;DR
