How to Approve OnePageCRM Email Sync (Microsoft 365)

When connecting OnePageCRM Email Sync to a Microsoft 365 (Business Outlook) account, users may see a Microsoft approval request. This happens when your organization requires admin consent for third-party applications.

Log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using an account with Admin permissions.

Click Show all in the left-hand menu → select Azure Active Directory.

Click Enterprise applications.

Use the search bar to find OnePageCRM in the list of applications.

Select Permissions or Permissions & Consent → click Grant admin consent for OnePageCRM.
