Resend failed emails

When an email fails to send from OnePageCRM, it's saved so you can resend it in one click. No need to rewrite or re-compose anything.

💡Emails can be resent from the Email page, Activity page, and Contact Timeline.

Resend a single failed email

Failed emails appear in the Contact's Timeline with a red email icon.

Open the Contact's profile and scroll to the failed email in the Timeline.

Click Resend next to the email.

The email is sent again using the same content and recipient.

💡 Only the original sender of the email can resend it.

💡 Other users can view failed emails and see which user the email failed for.

💡 You can also resend failed emails from the Email or Activity pages.


Resend failed Bulk Emails

When a bulk email fails, you can resend the failed emails from the Failed send folder in the Email page.

From there, you can resend individual emails from the batch or resend all of them at once.


Resend one email from a bulk send:

Go to EmailFailed send folder.

Click the Bulk Email send row to expand the list of failed recipients.

Hover over the individual email you want to resend and click Resend.

Resend all failed emails from a bulk send:

Go to EmailFailed send folder.

Hover over the Bulk Email send (collapsed or expanded) and click Resend All.

Only the failed emails from that batch are resent, not the ones that were sent successfully.

💡 All failed emails across your CRM account appear in the Failed Send folder.

💡 You can also resend bulk failed emails from the Activities page.

💡 You will see failed emails from any user in your CRM account.

💡 Only the original sender of the email can resend it.


Resend from Activities

You can also resend failed emails from the Activities page.

Both single and bulk failed emails appear here with a Resend button, if they were sent by you.

Click More in the top menu → select Activity.

Find the failed email in the activity list under the Emails tab and click Resend next to the email.


For bulk emails, click Resend on the bulk email row to resend all failed recipients from that batch.



Discard a failed email

If you don't want to resend a failed email or a failed bulk, you can remove it by clicking on the delete icon (bin) next to it.

To discard multiple failed emails at once, go to the Failed Send folder, select the checkboxes next to each email (or select all) on the Email page, then click the delete icon (bin) at the top of the list.


💡 You can discard failed emails from the Contact's Timeline or Email tab.

💡 Discarded failed emails can be undone for a few seconds via the top notification.


Find your failed emails

When at least one email fails to send in your CRM account, a Failed send folder appears in the left sidebar of the Email section.

It shows a counter with the number of failed emails.

All failed emails are listed here, both individual and bulk.

💡 The Failed send folder only appears when there are failed emails. Once all failed emails are resent or discarded, it disappears.

💡 You'll also get a notification in the notification area (bell icon) when an email send fails to access and manage your Failed send folder.
