How to add new contacts using the OnePageCRM Android Mobile App (Android)

With our powerful mobile app, you can harness the benefits of OnePageCRM wherever you go. If you're on the road for individual client meetings or are at a conference meeting new leads, you can use the OnePageCRM Mobile App to add your new contacts individually or in bulk from your address book. The OnePageCRM mobile app is available to download for both Android and iOS.

Add a contact manually

Open the OnePageCRM mobile App → select the floating + sign found on the bottom right of your screen.

Select Add contact manually.

Fill in your contact's details, Status, add any relevant  TagsLead source and  Owner to your contact → select the  check icon to the top right to save your contact.
Note: Your contact must have either a Last Name or Organization name before they can save the contact.

After your contact is saved, you will be prompted to enter a Next Action This is the next task to be completed to move your contact closer to a sale.
Enter your Next Action text and schedule it for a date in the future→ select the  check icon to the top right to save this action.

Your contact will now appear in your Action Stream and float to the top of the list when their action falls due.

Import individual contact from address book (Android)

Open the OnePageCRM mobile App → select the floating + sign found on the bottom right of your screen.

Select Import from address book.

Select contact to import from the list of your contacts.

Fill out any additional contact details, add  Status, any relevant  TagsLead source and  Owner to your contact → select the  check icon to the top right to save your contact.
Note: Your contact must have either a  Last Name or  Organization name before they can save the contact.

Import phone contacts in bulk (Android)

Open the OnePageCRM mobile App  →  More → select Import Phone Contacts.

Select the  check  icon to the top right to continue.
Note: To select all contacts click Select All.

Add  Status and Owner, any relevant  Tags and Next Action  → select the  check icon to the top right to save.
Note: Any Tag or Next Action assigned will be assigned to all contacts imported.

Select Show Me to view all contacts imported.
