Working with actions on mobile CRM (iOS and Android)

Next Actions are at the core of OnePageCRM and are the light touchpoints or tasks (call, email, send quote) that you need to take in order to move closer to closing that sale.

When on the go, use our Mobile App to set a Next Action, and you won't miss out on following up.


OnePageCRM's mobile app is available on both Android and iOS.

Assign/Complete Actions on mobile CRM

Open the contact in the mobile app → scroll to the blue Next Action box → click on Add Next Action.

Add an Action → click on Insert to save it.

  • Add text to the text box.
  • Select a date and add a time (optional)
  • Select a user

    Add another action by clicking on the plus icon or insert an Action Template.

    💡 Click Mark Complete to complete a Next action.

    💡 For additional actions, you can also swipe right to complete it.

    Edit/Remove Actions on mobile CRM

    Open the contact in the mobile app → scroll to the blue Next Action box.


    Edit actions

    • Click on the pencil icon to edit the Next Action.
    • Click into a scheduled/queued action to edit it.

    Delete actions

    • Click on the bin icon to edit the Next Action.
    • Swipe to the left to delete a scheduled/queued action.

    Insert Action templates on mobile CRM

    Open the contact in the mobile app → scroll to the blue Next Action box → click on the Action templates icon.

    Select one or multiple Action templates → click on Insert.

    💡 If no due date is set, the first selected action becomes the Next Action and the rest are queued.

    💡 When replacing an uncompleted Next Action with Action templates, you can only select one action, including from Grouped Actions.

    💡 Action templates can only be created and customized in the web app.



    Close/Reopen the sales cycle on mobile CRM

    Open the contact in the mobile app → scroll to the blue Next Action box → click on the Action templates icon.

    Any uncompleted actions will be deleted when closing the cycle → click on Delete to continue.

    Leave a closing comment (optional) → click Save.

    💡 Sales cycle is user-based. You can’t close it for another user

    💡 Add or edit the sales cycle comment even after it’s closed by clicking on the pencil icon.

    💡 Click Reopen Sales Cycle to reopen the cycle.
