Call and send text messages from mobile CRM (iOS and Android)

Send texts and make calls directly from the OnePageCRM mobile app using your device’s default apps.

Please note that text messaging isn’t available on the web app, and messages sent from mobile aren’t logged in OnePageCRM automatically. However, you can record these as notes.


OnePageCRM's mobile app is available on both Android and iOS.

Open the contact you want to call → click on the phone icon.

This will open your phone’s default dialer to call the selected number.

💡 If no default dialer is set, you may be prompted to choose an app.

💡 iOS users can set their default calling app in More > Settings.

When you return to the mobile app after the call, you will be prompted to leave a call note.

Initiate messages from the mobile app

Open the contact you want to call → click on the speech bubble icon.

This will open your phone’s default messaging app to send a text to the selected number.

💡 If no default messaging app is set, you may be prompted to choose an app.

💡 Text messages sent from the mobile app aren’t logged in the CRM.

💡 iOS users can set their default messaging app in More > Settings.
