Notes in mobile CRM (iOS and Android)

Keep your contacts updated on the go by adding Notes, Calls, and Meetings to them using the OnePageCRM Mobile App.

OnePageCRM's mobile app is available on both Android and iOS.

Add a Note, Call, or Meeting to the mobile app

Open the contact in the mobile app → scroll to the Notes section and click on the plus (+) icon.

Select between:

Add a Note → click on Done to save it.

Attach files using the paper clip icon.

This can be linked to a deal for this contact.

Mention users by typing @ followed by their name.

Add Call note → click on Done to save it.

Attach files using the paper clip icon.

Select the date, time, and number called.

Mention users by typing @ followed by their name.

Select a call result to record the outcome.

💡 Customize call results in the browser version.

Add Meeting note → click on Done to save it.

Attach files using the paper clip icon.

Select the date, time, and location of the meeting.

Mention users by typing @ followed by their name.

💡 The maximum size of a file that can be uploaded is 10 MB.

Open the contact in the mobile app → scroll to the Notes section → Click on Show more to view all notes.

View notes associated with this contact.

Filter notes - Use the headers at the top.

Edit - Click into a note → pencil icon.

💡 On iOS, you can also swipe left on a note and tap the pencil icon to edit it.

Open the contact → scroll down to Notes → locate the note → click into it → Delete note.
