Add contacts to mobile CRM (iOS and Android)

If you're on the road for individual client meetings or are at a conference meeting with new leads, you can use the OnePageCRM Mobile App to add your new contacts individually or in bulk from your address book.

OnePageCRM's mobile app is available on both Android and iOS.

Add contacts (iOS)

In the OnePageCRM mobile App → click on the plus icon (+) → Add Contact.

Enter the contact and organization details → click Save.

In the OnePageCRM mobile App → click on the plus icon (+) → Add Contact.

Add contacts (iOS)

In the OnePageCRM mobile App → click on the plus icon (+) → Import from address book.

Select the contact you want to import.

Make changes as needed and click Save.

In the OnePageCRM mobile App → click on the plus icon (+) → Import from address book.

Select the contact you want to import.

Import contacts in bulk to mobile CRM

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Tap More in the bottom-right corner of the app → Import phone contacts.

iOS | More | Import phone contacts

Select the contacts you want to import by the checkbox → click on Next.

Configure the import → click on Import.

You can set:

Contact owner

Status label

Tags (optional)

Next Action (optional)

iOS | More | Import phone contacts | Configuration

💡 Tags and Actions set will be assigned to all contacts imported.

💡 You can import up to 20,000 contacts at a time from your phone.

💡 You can run another import once the first one is finished.

💡 If new contacts are added, they can be imported individually.

💡 Importing contacts twice will create duplicates instead of updating existing ones.
