How to set up and use smart date and time

When you've completed a Next Action, you're prompted to set the next one. With smart date and time, you can simply type as you think, hit Enter and OnePageCRM will automatically detect terms referring to a date or time for the Next Action you're setting.

How to set up smart date and time

Click on your User dropdown →  Settings →  Preferences.

Under Action Stream preferences → Select the checkbox Enable smart date and time.

How to set a Next Action with smart date and time

Open a contact without a Next Action →  Type the Next Action text using natural language. E.g.  "Call Jim at 2 pm next Tuesday".

Apply smart date and time

Click the Save button → The Next Action date and time, will be automatically set to the time and date you typed in the Next Action blue box. 

Note: The date and time part will be truncated from the Next Action text.
