Create anniversary reminders

Anniversary field let you track important recurring dates on contacts like birthdays, contract renewals, or sign-up dates and get automatic reminders each year.

Go to Custom Fields → Contact Fields → Click + Add.

OnePageCRM | Settings page | Custom fields | + Add

Name the field → select Anniversary date type

Under Reminder set how many days before you want a reminder → Click Save.

From the first dropdown, select an Anniversary date. From the second behind the first dropdown select a Reminder.

💡 Reminders are sent yearly to the contact owner

💡Choose “None” to turn reminders off
