FreshBooks Widget

FreshBooks is a cloud-based accounting software designed for small businesses. With the help of the FreshBooks Widget in OnePageCRM, users can quickly and easily review previous invoices and estimates that are connected to contacts saved in the CRM.

Please note:

  • You need a FreshBooks account to connect it to OnePageCRM.
  • Only the Account Owner or Administrators can configure and manage the integration.

Enable/Disable the FreshBooks Widget

Click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → select Apps and Integrations under Financial Apps click on FreshBooks → click on Install.

On the Configuration tab click on Connect to FreshBooks.

You will be asked to log into your FreshBooks account to grant OnePageCRM permissions to display previous payments in the FreshBooks Widget on the relevant contact page.

Once connected, you will get redirected to FreshBooks integration page in the CRM.

Select your Business from the dropdown on the Configuration tab in the CRM.

Notes:

  • The widget displays contact-specific information for the contacts included in your selected Business.
  • If you need to change the connected Business, disconnect and reconnect the integration.

Find/Use the FreshBooks Widget

Open a contactscroll down to the FreshBooks widget above the Contact Timeline → click on it to expand.

Once expanded it will display:
  • Date - Date when the invoice or estimate was created.
  • Description - Invoice or estimate number and the description of the first line item including a URL to the FreshBooks dashboard.
  • Status - Indicates the status of the invoice/estimate.
  • Amount - Full amount of the invoice/estimate with the currency.
  • Expanded FreshBooks widget above the contact timeline.
