Set up Calendar Feed

The Calendar Feed allows your Next Actions to be automatically pushed to your Google calendar, Outlook calendar, or Apple calendar.

Click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → Select Apps and Integrations → under Utilities click on Calendar FeedInstall.

Under the Configuration tab, copy the Calendar address and paste it into a calendar of choice.

Configure the Calendar feed for Google Calendar

Once you copied the calendar address from the Calendar Feed configuration page → navigate to your Google Calendar.

In the left column beside Add calendar, click on the plus (+) icon to open the drop-down list → select From URL.

Paste the copied Calendar Address URL into the URL of calendar field → click Add Calendar.

Note: You can manually push a Next Action to your Google Calendar. On the Contact profile page click on Send to gcal.

Notes:

  • It is not possible to manually set how often the calendar is refreshed.
  • Next Actions with a specified Date & time are assigned that date & time in your calendar. Next Actions with no specified time are displayed as all-day events.
  • A maximum of 1,500 contacts with Next Actions can be pushed to your calendar at any time.

Configure the Calendar feed for Outlook Calendar

Once you copied the calendar address from the Calendar Feed configuration page → navigate to your Outlook Calendar.

In the left column beside select Add calendar.

In the Add calendar pop-up click on Subscribe from web → insert the copied Calendar Address URL into the provided field → hit Import.

Note: You can manually push a Next Action to your Outlook Calendar. On the Contact profile page click on Send to Outlook.

Configure the Calendar feed for Apple Calendar

Once you copied the calendar address from the Calendar Feed configuration page → navigate to your Apple Calendar.

At the top click on File → from the dropdown select New Calendar Subscription....

In the pop-up → insert the copied Calendar Address URL into the provided field → hit Subscribe.

Notes:

  • It is not possible to manually set how often the calendar is refreshed.
  • Next Actions with a specified Date & time are assigned that date & time in your calendar. Next Actions with no specified time are displayed as all-day events.
