How to create Custom Reports
Custom Reports give you a top-level overview of all the activity completed on your OnePageCRM account:
- Generate, save, and email reports tailored to your needs.
- Use Custom Reports to monitor your sales team's performance.
- Ensure you're staying on top of sales.
Business plan: up to 30 saved reports
Professional plan: up to 10 saved reports
Legacy plan: up to 3 saved reports

Generate a Custom Report
- Users
- Contacts (New or Deleted contacts during the time period)
- Status conversions: Any time you or a team member changed the status of contacts
- Calls (by call result)
- Deals: New, Won, Lost, Commission Margin (if Cost is enabled)
- Actions: New, Completed, Edited
- Notes: Created, Edited
- Emails: Sent and received
Choose the date range for which you wish to run your report:
- All time Year to date Last year
- This quarter
- Last quarter
- This month
- Last month
- Last week
- Custom
Refine your report using the criteria below:
- Group by: User (pre-selected)
- Check the Include total columns check-box
- Segment by: Yearly, Quarterly, or Monthly
Once the new report has been generated, you have the following options:
- Edit the criteria of the generated report by clicking on the pencil icon.
- Download the generated report by clicking on the downward arrow.
- Save the generated report to run it again later and, optionally, email the report.
Save/Email Custom Reports
Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝Note: You can run an unlimited number of reports, but the number of reports you can save in your CRM depends on your plan.
You can modify, configure, and clone your report once it is generated.
You can also configure email alerts from the Custom Reports page via the gear icon.
Run a saved Custom Report

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝After generating a new report or running a saved report, click the downward arrow (<) to download the report as CSV or Excel.
Modify, Configure or Delete a Custom Report
Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝Custom report settings can be updated to suit your reporting requirements.
To do this, go to More → select Custom Reports → hover over a saved report:
- Modify - Click the pencil icon.
- Configure - Click the gear icon.
- Duplicate - Click the clone icon.
- Delete - Click the bin icon.
Notes:
- You can configure a report to be sent to all or specific users.
- Users cannot create, edit, or receive reports unless they have the privilege enabled on their profile by an administrator. Users can run reports if set to Visible to all users.
