Notifications and email reminders

In OnePageCRM, you can have different types of notifications.

If you have Lead Clipper installed, you will receive browser notifications for time-sensitive Next Actions. For more details, see here.

Email notifications about changes in your contacts

On the Settings page under the Contact page preferences scroll down to Receive email notifications about changes in your contacts → toggle the slider to enable or disable the feature.

Notes:

  • If the slider is activated, you’ll receive email notifications each time another user adds a Note, Call, or Meeting to contacts owned by you.
  • This feature is disabled for single-user accounts.

Daily morning email reminders

At OnePageCRM. we encourage everyday usage so your sales don’t fall through the cracks. To support you in this you can set your preferences to receive a daily sales action reminder email straight to your inbox or mobile notifications (Android and iOS).


On the Settings page under the Action Stream Preferences scroll down to Email reminders and mobile notifications → here you can toggle the slider to enable or disable these features.

Notes:

  • You can select to receive a reminder every day or every day you have a new task.
  • The selected settings and time will save automatically.
  • To enable desktop notifications, see here.

Mobile daily notifications

Besides morning emails, you can also receive one mobile notification each day with all of your outstanding tasks or tasks scheduled for today.

To switch on/off this feature, go to the Action Stream Preferences scroll down to Email reminders and mobile notifications and select the time and frequence for Mobile notifications.
