Account Management: Organization view in OnePageCRM

If you have more than one contact in an organization, OnePageCRM creates an Organization view (Account view).  

An Organization view is created automatically if multiple contacts have the same organization name

How to access the Organization

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

You can access the Organization view in the Action Stream or the Contact view.


  • In the Action Stream, click on the account view icon.


  • In the Contact view, click on the organization icon 


The Organization view displays the following information associated with the organization: 

  • Description
  • Phone number
  • Web address
  • Custom fields
  • Activity associated with all contacts within the organization (deals - won/pending, notes, call notes, emails, actions, and updates).


How to edit Organization details in the Organization

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

In the Organization page click the pencil icon to edit the organization.

Add/edit required fields → Save.


You can also update an organization's description by clicking the pencil icon directly under the company's name in the Organization view pop-up window.




How to manage contacts in the Organization's view

The Organization view allows you to: 

  • Add a contact to the organization you're viewing,
  • Link contacts associated with another organization to the organization you're viewing.
  • Filter by existing contacts associated with the organization.


Notes:

  • Pending deals and Next Actions of Linked contacts can be found below the contacts within the organization.
  • Activities of Linked contacts do not appear in the Organization view.
