Update organizations in bulk
You can update the address (or any Custom Organization field) for multiple organizations in bulk using the Bulk updates menu.
Below is an example of how to do this for the Organization Address field in your CRM account.
Notes:
- You can update not only Organization's address but also Contact's address in bulk.
- If you have more contacts than the default number of contacts loaded in your settings, and you want to bulk update all of them, you can do so by clicking on the Select: all # contacts in filter link in the text that appears at the bottom of the bulk update menu.
- If a contact is updated as a part of a bulk update, this is not recorded when you run the Last activity filter in Advanced search.
