Types of Custom Fields
If you require a field in OnePageCRM that does not exist by default, you can create one as a custom field.
There are 3 groups of custom fields:

Standard Custom Field Types
Standard data types are present across different CRM systems, including OnePageCRM.
They include:

Field Type "External ID"

💡 Each External ID value must be unique and cannot be used for multiple contacts.
💡 External ID values can be imported with contacts, organizations, or deals.
Example for "External ID"

💡 Other pages containing an ID could be an online shop item page, email campaign page, etc.
👉 Example: The LinkedIn URL is https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-doe-ba184594/.
Replace "jane-doe-ba184594/" with "[ID]" → https://www.linkedin.com/in/[ID]

👉 Example: Copy the LinkedIn ID "jane-doe-ba184594".

👉 Example: Add the ID "jane-doe-ba184594" to the External ID field in the contact profile.

👉 Example: Clicking the ID opens Jane Doe's LinkedIn profile page.

💡 Move the divider up or down using drag and drop in Settings.
💡 Section dividers only appear when they contain Custom Fields.
💡 Choose whether Section dividers appear in the Deal Preview under Deal preferences.
