FAQ
Are the Status options like ‘Lead’ or ‘Prospect’ fixed?
No. They are fully customizable. You can rename them to match your business (e.g. “Candidate/Client” for recruitment or “Buyer/Seller” for real estate).
Can I change or edit these later if I need to?
Yes. All segmentation tools are fully editable at any time.
I’m not sure how to start — what should I do?
Keep it simple: start with 2–3 Status Labels, a few Tags, and one useful Filter. You can refine over time.
Do I need to use all of the segmentation tools at once?
No. Start with what’s useful now and add more only when needed.
