    Mapping tips for Mailchimp Forms

Standard Mailchimp form fields are automatically matched to the same fields in OnePageCRM.

👉 Examples: First Name (fname), Last Name (lname), Email, Phone, Website, Address, Country, State/Province, Zip

Custom fields matching: Mailchimp fields must match a OnePageCRM Custom Field by name and field type to be mapped automatically.

👉 Example: Coupon (Single line) in Mailchimp →  Coupon (Single line) in OnePageCRM.

    Additional mapping rules

    • Company, Organisation, or Organization (text field) in Mailchimp → Organization in OnePageCRM.
    • Background (multi-line field) in Mailchimp → Background in OnePageCRM.
    • Unmatched fields are saved as a Note in the contact timeline.

    Name field mapping

A single Name field in Mailchimp → the first word maps to First Name and the remaining words map to Last Name in OnePageCRM.

If both Name and Last Name fields are available, or both First Name and Name fields are available, OnePageCRM follows the mapping rules above.
