Email sending limits and quotas

Two things determine how many emails you can send through OnePageCRM each day: your OnePageCRM plan and the email account you've connected. Whichever limit is lower is the one that applies.

How many emails you can send

OnePageCRM applies a daily sending cap per user, based on your plan:

Max: 1,000 emails per day/user

Business: 450 emails per day/user

Professional: 250 emails per day/user

Legacy: 200 emails per day/user

This includes every email sent from OnePageCRM — direct emails from a contact's profile, the Email Page, scheduled sends, and bulk sends.

When your quota resets

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Your sending limit operates on a rolling 24-hour basis, not a fixed midnight reset.

If you send 200 emails at 1:00 PM today, those 200 slots free up at 1:00 PM tomorrow, not at midnight. Each send is counted from the moment it goes out and clears 24 hours later.

💡 If you hit the cap mid-send, the remaining emails will fail. You can resend them once your quota frees up. See Resend failed emails.

How to upgrade your quota

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

If you regularly hit the limit, upgrade to a higher plan to send more per day:

  • Professional → Business: 250 → 450 / day/user
  • Business → Max: 450 → 1,000 / day/user

Go to your Billing to upgrade.

How to avoid lower provider limits

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

OnePageCRM sends through your connected email account, so your effective daily limit is the lower of your OnePageCRM plan limit and your provider's own limit.

Personal email accounts often have lower caps than business or paid alternatives. Below are the published daily limits for the most common providers:

Provider Sending limit Notes
Gmail
(free,
@gmail.com)
500 emails / day Rolling 24-hour. Counts every email sent from your account, including aliases and auto-responders.
Google Workspace (paid) 2,000 external recipients / day Plus 10,000 total recipients across all sends. Up to 500 external recipients per single message.
iCloud Mail 1,000 recipients / day Up to 500 recipients per single message.
Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online 10,000 recipients / day per mailbox Tenant-wide caps may apply for external recipients.
Outlook.com
(free)
Not officially published Microsoft applies a lower cap for free accounts. New accounts start with reduced limits and increase as the account builds sending history.
Yahoo Mail Not officially published Yahoo doesn't disclose exact numbers publicly.
Zoho Mail Reputation-based Limits adjust based on usage history; not a fixed daily number.

If you're regularly hitting your provider's limit before your OnePageCRM plan limit, you have two options:

1
Upgrade to a paid email plan — for example, switch from a free Gmail account to Google Workspace, or from Outlook.com to Microsoft 365. Paid plans have much higher daily caps.

2
Connect a different account via SMTP/IMAP — if you have a second business email account (on a domain like yourcompany.com), connect it to OnePageCRM. See Connect your email via SMTP/IMAP.

💡 New email accounts often start with reduced sending limits regardless of plan. Limits increase as the account builds a positive sending history.
