How to create an anniversary date with an email reminder

In OnePageCRM you have the option to create a custom field to store important dates like birthdays, anniversaries or renewals. You can do this by creating a custom field and selecting the field type as Anniversary date. You also have the option to be reminded via email every year.

Go to your  User Profile / Initials (in the top right-hand corner) → Settings → Custom fields → Contacts field: click +Add.

Add custom field name → select custom field type: Anniversary date

Under Reminder select the number of days before the due date to be reminded about the anniversary date.
Note: Select None to disable the reminder.

Save.

NOTES
  • Reminders are sent on a yearly basis.
