Deal Custom Fields
If you require a field in OnePageCRM that does not exist by default, you can create one as a custom field. Next to the Deal Custom Fields, there are 2 other types of custom fields:

Create a new Deal
Once you created a Custom Field:
- Open your contact.
- Click + Deal and fill in the deal fields.
- Custom fields are shown directly below the Description field.
- Click Save to create the deal.
Edit an existing Deal
Once you created a Custom Field:
- Open your contact with an existing deal.
- Click on the pencil icon.
- Custom fields are shown directly below the Description field.
- Click Save to create the deal.
Notes:
- Deal Custom Fields cannot be assigned in bulk.
- You can filter the Deal list by Custom Fields.
How to view Deal Custom Fields
Pending Deal
- Open your contact.
- Scroll down to the contact deals.
- Click Show full deal.
- Custom fields are shown directly below the Deal items.
Won Deal
- Open your contact.
- Scroll down to the contacts Timeline.
- Click View full deal details and edit next to the 3 dots menu on the right-hand side.
- Custom fields are shown directly below the Deal items.
Add/Edit/Remove the Reason Lost field
With Reason Lost, every time you mark a deal as Lost, you can select the reason for it. You can also include the breakdown of all the reasons for your team’s lost deals in your Custom Report. This way, you can identify the most common factors standing in the way of your sales success and adjust your strategy accordingly.
Enable/Disable Reason Lost
Add/Edit Reason Lost values
Note: The pencil icon is only clickable if the Reason Lost field is enabled.
You can remove a Reason Lost value by clicking on the minus (-) icon.
Note: You can rearrange the values by dragging and dropping them.
Log Reason Lost for a deal
Once you mark a deal as lost, a pop-up will prompt you to select the Reason Lost → click on the dropdown to select an option → click Save.
