Configure your Localization preferences

To set your Localization preferences, click on your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → Settings → Localization tab.

Notes:

  • Once you select the new localization setting, the changes will save automatically.
  • Sub-users can only set their preferences for:
    • Time zone
    • Calendar week starts on
    • Skip weekends when scheduling actions
  • Other Localization settings are only available to Account Owner or Administrators. See details on User permissions here.

Select your Time zone

As some users might not be working within the same time zone, each user can select their individual time zone to keep on track.

On the Settings page under the Localization tab navigate to the Time zone dropdown.

Note: Each user can select their own time zone.

Select the Currency of the account

The Account owner or an Administrator can select a currency for the entire account. This currency will displayed for Deal amounts, Pipeline page, Activity page, Dashboard, and Custom Reports.

On the Settings page under the Localization tab navigate to the Currency dropdown.

Note: The currency will be visible to all users on the account.

Select the Date and Time format

The Account owner or an Administrator can select a Date and Time format for the entire account. This will be reflected in the Date picker pop-up window, e.g. Next Action Date flags, Date Custom Fields, Created dates for Notes, Calls, etc.

On the Settings page under the Localization tab navigate to the Date and Time and select an option for both from the respective dropdowns.

Note:

  • The Date and Time format will be visible to all users on the account.
  • Most countries will automatically have a 24-hour format set by default except the following, which will have a 12-hour format by default:
    • Australia
    • Canada
    • Colombia
    • Egypt
    • India
    • Pakistan
    • Philippines
    • Saudi Arabia
    • United States
    • New Zealand

Select on which day the calendar week starts on

OnePageCRM allows you to choose if your week should start on Mondays or Sundays, depending on your calendar preferences.

On the Settings page under the Localization tab navigate to the Calendar week starts on dropdown.

Note: Each user can select when their calendar week should start.

Select if weekends should be skipped when scheduling actions

Each user has the option to choose if the weekend should be skipped when using Saved Actions or if a Next Action is assigned by the Autoflow feature.

On the Settings page under the Localization tab navigate to the Skip weekends when scheduling actions dropdown.

By default, this feature is turned off and you can choose from the following options:

  • Off
  • Friday
  • Saturday
  • Sunday
  • Friday and Saturday
  • Saturday and Sunday
  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Note: This feature is user-based and each user can update this depending on their preference.

Select the location for attached files (Datacenter)

The Account owner or an Administrator can select where attached files are stored for the entire CRM account. It's recommended that you select the location that is nearest to you for a faster experience.

For example, if you're living in California, then we'd advise selecting the data center located in North California. 

On the Settings page under the Localization tab navigate to the Location for attached files (Datacenter) dropdown.
