Storage usage within your CRM account

In OnePageCRM you can store files on your Documents page for easy access and also attach files to Notes, Calls, Meetings, Emails, and Deals.

How to check your storage usage

Your file storage limit varies depending on your subscription plan.

  • Legacy: 2GB/user
  • Professional: 10GB/user
  • Business: 20GB/user

How much Storage do I have?

Your total available file storage depends on your plan:

  • Legacy: 2GB/user
  • Professional: 10GB/user
  • Business: 20GB/user

This is automatically assigned to your profile once you are added to a OnePageCRM account. Your storage allowance for the full account will be the limit noted above multiplied by the number of users in your account.

For example:

  • If you have 4 users on the Professional plan, your storage allowance for the full account will be 40 GB.
  • If you have 10 users on the Business plan, you will have 200 GB in total, and so on.

How to free up storage space?

In case you have reached your storage limit you will receive an error message any time you try to attach a file to make you aware of this.

To free up space and get more storage, you can delete previous attachments in emails, Notes, Calls, Meetings, or Deals which you no longer need to store in your CRM account. You can do this by removing individual email attachments, email conversations with attachments, or notes with files.

Note: You can remove files directly from Notes, Calls, Meetings, Deals or Emails.

Our Advice

We would recommend that if you are storing lots of attachments on the CRM, rather than store them directly, use our integrations with Dropbox or Google Drive. They are connected with the notes section in OnePageCRM and there is a quick link to the file but you are not actually storing the file in OnePageCRM, you are storing it on Google Drive or Dropbox, thus it doesn't eat into your storage allowance.

If you are sending attachments via email, if it is general information like a company brochure, we would suggest sending them to a link to this information on your website rather than attaching the file. The added benefit here is that when they are on your site, they may discover other products or services you have to offer and be tempted to buy.
