How to check your storage usage

Your file storage limit varies depends on the plan you are subscribed to. Your total storage includes all files from your Documents Area plus files attached to Deals, Calls, Notes, and Emails.

How to check your account's total storage

Go to your User Profile / Initials (in the top right-hand corner) → Users, Plans and Billing.

Select Plans to see the File/Document Storage box with your used and total storage available. 

How to check your Documents storage

Go to your  User Profile / Initials (in the top right-hand corner) → Documents. 

   


NOTES
  • Your total available file storage depends on your plan: 
    • Professional: 10GB/user
    • Business: 20GB/user
  • We would recommend that if you're storing lots of attachments on the CRM, rather than store them directly, use our integrations with Dropbox or Google Drive. They're connected with the notes section in OnePageCRM and there's a quick link to the file but you're not actually storing the file in OnePageCRM, you're storing it on Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • The max size of attachments is 10MB per attachment.
  • If you're sending attachments via email and they contain general information (company brochure) it may be an option to send clients a link to this info on your website rather than attaching the file. The added benefit here is that when they are on your site, they may discover other products or services you have to offer and be tempted to buy
