How to filter by last activity

Filter your contacts by last activity to easily search through your database and create uncluttered reports of your contact groups.

From the Action Stream or Contacts page, click on the plus icon (+) beside Filters.

OnePageCRM | Action Stream page, select the plus icon from the left-hand side menu next to Filters.

Click on the first field to open the dropdown options → Under Database Utilities select Last activity.

Define your date criteria → hit Run.

You can choose from the following:
  • is + date
  • is not + date
  • is after + date
  • is before + date
  • is exactly + X amount of days ago
  • is more than + X amount of days ago
  • is less than + X amount of days ago
  • OnePageCRM | Filter pop-up window | Second criteria dropdown is expanded.  In the Third field, select a date.

    Notes:

    • Select + Add criteria to combine multiple criteria.
    • You can name your filter and save it for future reference. 
    • If a contact is updated as part of a Bulk Update, this is not recorded when you run the Last Activity filter.
