Send and Save emails manually

The Send and Save manually email connection is perfect for larger teams or handling sensitive client communication. With this type of connection, you can choose which emails are stored in OnePageCRM. 

Plans: Send and Save manually is available on LegacyProfessional and Business plans.

Connect your email account

Go to your  Email page→ Select Email Settings.

Under Configuration, select  Connect.

Select your email client provider from the dropdown: Gmail / Google Apps mail or Outlook / Office 365 mail → Next.

Select  Send and Save manually from the dropdown →   Connect.

Disconnect your email account

Go to your  Email page→ Select Email Settings.

Under Configuration, select Disconnect.

Note: Once you've disconnected, you will have the option to connect again to choose a different mail client or connection type. 

Save emails using the Email Capture Address

Go to your Email tab → Email Settings.

Under Configuration , select Need to forward emails and create new contacts to OnePageCRM?

Your unique Email Capture Address is found in the box below. You can save it as a contact in your email client for easy access.

In your email client, open the email you wish to save in the CRM and select Forward → In the To field put your Email Capture Address → Send.
Or

When responding to an email using your email client, paste your Email Capture Address into the Bcc field.

Note: If the email add ress doesn't exist in OnePageCRM, the email will be sent to the Notifications area in OnePageCRM. 

Here you have the option to assign it to an existing contact, create a new one or delete the unassigned email.

Save emails using the Lead Clipper (Gmail only)

If you connected your email account to OnePageCRM with Send and Save manually, you can easily save emails directly from your Gmail inbox to OnePageCRM.

If the contact is not added to your CRM yet, open the email you wish to save → Click on the OnePageCRM logo on the top right of Chrome's address bar.

Edit the contact details, if needed → Hit  Save.

Refresh the page → Click on  Save Email.
Note: the Save Email button will be displayed automatically if the contact is already in your CRM.
