Manage sales deals in OnePageCRM with Kanban view

The Kanban view gives you a clear overview of all your deals in one place.

You can easily manage deals, move them through stages, and track progress using a simple drag-and-drop interface.

View Deals in the Kanban Pipeline

Go to Pipeline → select the Kanban view icon (top right).

See all your active deals in one place and their respective deal stages.

💡If you have  multiple pipelines, you’ll see deals from the selected pipeline. To switch, use the dropdown next to the pipeline name at the top.

To view or edit a deal, click the deal card.

Click on any deal card displayed on the Kanban View.


The deal card shows key details at a glance:

  • Deal name
  • Associated contact
  • Deal amount
  • Expected closing date - click the date to edit it using the date picker.

💡Overdue expected closing dates are highlighted in red.

It also shows a color-coded Next Action date flag set for the contact:

  • Orange - Due Today
  • Grey - Due in the future
  • Blue - Waiting for
  • Red - Overdue/ASAP
  • Grey dashed outlined - No next action
  • Grey dashed outlined crossed out - Sales cycle closed

The Deal Card displays a flag if a Next Action is assigned and is color-coded in red, yellow, grey, blue, or red.


💡 On the Delivery Pipeline, it will show you:

  • Deal name
  • Associated contact
  • Assigned Next Action where one is assigned

💡 Hover over the Next Action icon to see the action and due date.

💡 Multi-month Deals are marked with a rotating arrow icon. Hover over it to see details of the recurring deal.


Move deals between Deal stages

Move deals between stages using drag and drop in the Kanban view..

Select a deal card and simply 'drag and drop' to your preferred deal stage.

Click and hold to drag and drop a deal card into another Deal Stage.

💡Drag a deal card to the Trash icon or Lost field to delete it or mark it as lost.

Manual sorting is applied, so deals stay in place unless you click the resort icon.

Click the resort icon to sort deals.

Click on the resort icon at the top of the Pipeline page to reorder deals by expected close date or amount.

Open the third dropdown to set your sort by options in On refresh sort by:

  • Expected close date
  • Amount
  • Days inactive


A deal can be archived once it’s moved to the Won column in the Sales pipeline or the final stage of the Delivery pipeline.

  • Sales Pipeline - Click Move and select Archive from the dropdown.
  • Pipeline Page | Sales Pipeline | Click on Move and select Archive

  • Delivery Pipeline - Click Archive icon in the deal card.
  • Pipeline Page | Delivery Pipeline | Click on Move and select Archive

    Won deals are archived after 30 days by default. To change this, click the Gear icon → Configuration select your option click Save.


    You can choose between:

    • After X number of days - The Won deal will be archived after the set number of days
    • End of each month
    • Off (archive manually, up to 500 deals)

    Hide a Won column from your Pipeline

    Go to Pipeline → click the gear icon (top right).

    In the Pipeline pop up → Stages scroll down to Won deal stage and toggle it on to green.

    Toggle the hide column by clicking on the Gear icon and using the slider under the Stages tab.

    💡 If the Won column exceeds 500 deals, the oldest are archived automatically.

    💡 Archiving a deal will not delete it from your account.

    💡 Archived deals can be viewed in the Deal list and on the Contact Timeline.
