How to close sales cycle

When no further follow-ups are needed, you can close the sales cycle. Add a closing comment and reopen it later if needed.

Close the sales cycle for a contact

Open the contact → scroll down to Next Action box → click Close cycle.

💡Closing the sales cycle deletes all the outstanding actions for the contact.

💡 Sales cycle is user-based—you can’t close it for another user

Add a closing comment why you closed the sales cycle → press Enter to save.

Open the contact → scroll down to the Next Action box → click Reopen.

You can close the sales cycle for multiple contacts at once.

In Action Stream or Contacts select contacts you wish to close the sales cycle for → in the bulk update menu at the top, click Actions.

In the bulk actions pop-up, select Close sales cycle from the dropdown → click Apply.
Add a Closing comment if needed. (optional)
