How to add a note to a CRM contact

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Open a contact → click + Note → type your note in the text editor and add files if required.
You have the option to relate note to a deal or notify a team member within the noteSave.

Your notes will be found under your contact Activity timeline → Notes.

Any note that you relate to a deal will be displayed directly in the Deal and can be found in the deal summary and Deal history under related note(s).

How to delete a note

Notes:

  • If a user adds a note to a contact you own, you will receive an automatic email notification. See here how to disable auto-notifications for contacts you own.
  • The maximum size of a file that can be uploaded is 10 MB.
