Tag Sync across Organization
Instead of individually tagging CRM contacts, you can enable a Tag Sync for all contacts within the same Organization.

Enable Tag Sync by default for new Organizations
On the Settings page under the Contact page preferences, scroll down to For multiple contacts in the same organization → toggle the slider to enable or disable the feature Sync Tags by default.
When enabled, all contacts under the same organization will have the same tags. If a tag is added or removed from any of these contacts, then it will update for all other contacts across the organization too.
Notes:
- Only the Account owner or Administrators can enable/disable the sync for Tags.
- This update will be visible to all users within the same CRM account.
- Changing these settings will only take effect going forward for new organizations and will not sync or un-sync the Tags for existing organizations.
Set Tags Sync for individual organizations
Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝Updating the Tags of any contact within the organization will automatically update the tags of the other contacts within the same account.
