Manage billing and subscription

Manage your OnePageCRM billing and subscription in one place.


Only the Account Owner or Administrators can update Billing


To do this, go to Billing:

Users, Plans and Billing | Billing section | Manage your subscription


In this article:

Change your plan

You can switch between Professional, Business, or Max plan.

Go to Billing, in Your Current Plan → click Change under Plan.

In Change Plan pop-up, select a new plan from the dropdown → click Update.

💡 If you’ve recently changed your seat count, upgrade your plan after your next billing date to be charged for the updated number. If you upgrade earlier, you’ll be charged pro rata based on your original count. Contact Support if you need help.



Change the number of seats

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Go to Billing, in Your Current Plan → click Change under Seats.

In the Update seats pop-up, select the number licences needed from the dropdown → click Update.

💡 Pro-rata charges apply when adding seats during your subscription period.

💡 You can only reduce licenses to match the number of active users on your account.

💡 To lower your active seat count, remove users first, then update your subscription.

💡 Removing a seat takes effect from your next billing date.



Change the billing interval

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Go to Billing, in Your Current Plan → click Change under Billing interval.

In Change Billing Interval pop-up, select the billing interval option → click Update.

💡 Changes to your billing interval take effect from your next billing date.

💡 Switching to annual billing gives you 4 months free (see here for details).

💡 You can only change your billing interval once—if you need to update it again, contact support.



Update the credit card details

Go to Billing, in Your Current Plan → click Update card.

In the Update card details pop-up, edit the card details as required → check the box I have read & accept the Terms of Service → click Update.

Update the billing info

Jump up to Article's Overview ⮝

Go to Billing, in Your Current Plan → click the pencil icon next to Billing info.

Edit the billing details as required → click Save.

💡 Updates to your billing details will appear on your future invoices.
